It's all dinosaurs all the time in our house, particularly the T-Rex. We have several orange versions named Rex laying around. However, most recently the birthday balloon took center stage.
Just prior to going to bed this discovery was made. My little son had gotten up and grabbed the balloon from the living room, tied him to his hand and promptly fell asleep. The scene looks so unusual, a sleeping child with a huge scary balloon floating just above him....alas some need night lights, others need T-Rex's....

This sums up summer vacation pretty well
We all know this feeling, utter exhaustion from hours of fun, right? The "can't-stay-awake-another-moment" experience of having a great time. Kids play like they mean it! When's the last time you actually felt that way? Likely a while ago. Well, we should.
Remember to find time to play - and play so hard you fall asleep in front of a loud boombox, in the bow of a boat, with a wet life jacket on under a bunch of rafts.

The soft tender moments our hearts feel from the prescence of children
"Pokemon goes to work"...
While reaching for my phone I opened my purse to find this little guy tucked in there.
My son's spirit wraps itself around me in subtle ways. I want to share them with you and hope to capture the moments in which I find rubber snakes in my briefcase, dinosaurs in my tub and a marble in my shoe. Please share yours with me as well!
